Aldebarán Sistemas offers toll manufacturing services for the production of our products, including milling, sieving, homogenizing, and mixing, as well as packaging of chemical products. Our facilities are equipped with cutting-edge technology, and we follow strict control methods that guarantee compliance with the most rigorous quality specifications.
Our products are processed in isolated rooms (like the ones in the pictures).

Traceability. We ensure absolute traceability of all our products. From the moment raw materials enter our facilities until they reach our customers in the form of the final product, every step of the process is meticulously documented and controlled.
Temperature and humidity control. The physical transformations on our products takes place in completely isolated rooms, where we continuously monitor both temperature and humidity. This attention to detail not only guarantees product quality throughout the entire process but also minimizes the risk of any external contamination.
Packaging and preservation systems. We use state-of-the-art packaging systems, including vacuum packaging and on-demand inert gas filling. Thanks to these technologies, we ensure that our products maintain their optimal quality until the moment of use.
Various micronization technologies. We offer a wide range of micronization technologies, ranging from impact milling equipment (hammer mill) to innovative jet mill technology, as well as a micronizer-classifier system. Our diverse technological options allow us to adapt to our clients’ specific needs.
Pilot Plants. We have several pilot plants that allow us to carry out small-scale production, conduct R&D, and customize products to our clients’ individual needs. This facility also allows us to run short-term campaigns as a test bench.
Packaging adaptability. We stand out for our ability to adapt the size and format of our packaging to each client’s certain needs. This flexibility is essential to effectively meet specific requirements.
Analytical Laboratory. To complement toll manufacturing services and ensure comprehensive control of the entire production process, we have two laboratories—physical and chemical—to serve our clients’ needs.
