Aldebarán Sistemas is studying the implementation of a new cleaning system for its production equipment using an innovative and ecological technique to keep our machinery in optimal condition without generating waste or damaging materials.
Why are we considering using a new cleaning system?
To date, our equipment is cleaned using conventional systems with pressurized water. Since the implementation of the ISO 14001 standard, which establishes the requirements for an environmental management system, Aldebarán Sistemas is working to improve its environmental performance and efficiently manage the impact that its activities have on the environment, such as the generation of wastewater, excessive water consumption and the impact on the environment of our industrial processes.

And what does this innovative system consist of?
The new cleaning system consists of eliminating the use of water for cleaning, using new ecological techniques that do not generate any waste, except for the waste produced by cleaning the equipment. At the same time, they guarantee better cleaning, completely eliminating possible residues on the equipment.
What are its benefits?
- Does not generate waste: Unlike other cleaning methods, such as pressurized water, this cleaning system does not leave traces of water, chemicals or solid waste. Only the contaminant that has been removed remains.
- Does not damage surfaces: It is a non-abrasive and non-destructive technique, so it does not cause wear or damage to surfaces, even when used on delicate materials such as the mirror-polished steel with which our equipment is manufactured.
- Efficient and fast: This is effective in removing contaminants that are difficult to remove. In addition, it is a fast and efficient technique; allowing the installation to operate immediately, without waiting times for drying.
- Does not require water: This technique avoids the consumption of water for its operation, which results in the non-generation of contaminated wastewater and its corresponding management.
