PARTICLE SIZE CONTROL THROUGHOUT THE PRODUCTION PROCESS

It is not only a matter of checking the product once it has been completed, but also of monitoring its evolution throughout the different production stages and verifying that it remains within the defined specifications.

For this purpose, we have an online PSD (particle size distribution) monitoring system integrated into our milling process, which allows us to continuously monitor particle size throughout production. This control is complemented by the checks carried out in our physical laboratory.

This allows us to:

• check particle size distribution;

• detect possible deviations during the process;

• adjust production conditions when necessary;

• maintain greater homogeneity and reproducibility between batches.

This monitoring is particularly important when working with raw materials intended for demanding technical applications, where small variations can affect the final characteristics of the product.

Manufacturing is not only about transforming a product, but also about controlling it and understanding how it evolves throughout the entire process.
