Just a month ago we expanded our ion chromatography equipment by installing series equipment for simultaneous analysis.
During this installation we concluded that an autosampler would allow us to work 24/7, analyzing a higher number of samples from each batch.
No sooner said than done! That autosampler is now installed and working. 🙂
The autosampler allows us to work 24 hours per day and 7 days per week.
But, what is an autosampler and how does it work?
It is an accessory that, connected to the ion chromatograph, automatically injects the samples into the equipment.
Once the work method has been validated, you only must program and identify the samples so that the team can relate sample to analysis. The equipment analyses continuously until the analysis round is completed, working overnight to have results at the start of the day.
